Let's be honest - sometimes organising them can feel like wrangling cats.
That's why I like to be up-front about prices & make the whole process as smooth as possible.
I have one price for a *standard family portrait session.
One price. All in.
£350
• 2 hour shoot
• 3 retouched pictures
• approx 100 - 200 shots taken
• Only a 50% refundable instalment payable up-front
(please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have paid the first instalment).
The signature family portrait session.
Starting the session with an informal chat, we can get to know each other a little more & build the rapport that's going to get us some gorgeous pictures.
I'll get to see the family dynamic & devise some set-ups to capture the unique energy that you all bring to the session.
Group shots, pairings, individual pictures...we can try it all.
I prefer to shoot on location in an area that's significant to you & will give us those candid moments. Your home, the place where your partner proposed...or even just the park. Wherever it might be that you feel comfortable and relaxed.
If you'd rather shoot in-studio and use more formal setups, that's an option too. Let's have a chat and discuss what would work best.
You walk away with: smiles all-round, approximately 150 pictures to choose from in a private gallery & 3 final fully-edited pictures, ready for you to have professionally printed or just uploaded online to show-off how gosh-darn stunning you all are.
* PLEASE NOTE: the pricing/timing/etc for this shoot is based on an average-sized family of between 2-6 people. If you have larger numbers or feel you will need longer than 2 hours, please contact me directly to discuss your requirements and I will be able to provide you with an individual quote.
Additional retouches
£25 / image
Additional retouching is charged per image.
Turnaround time is 5 working days after payment.
Please contact me directly if you'd like to arrange additional retouches.
REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your shoot (as opposed to rescheduling) we'll be happy to refund your first payment in line with the guidelines below:
- 1 week or more: If you cancel your shoot with more than 1 week to go we will refund you 100% of your payment.
- 3-7 days: If you cancel with less than a week to go, you will be refunded 50% of your first instalment.
- 0-2days: If you cancel within 2 days of your shoot, we will not be able to refund your payment.
This refund policy covers business costs and losses in the event of last-minute cancellations.
